Constructed in 1967, MLH is named after the wife of a former president of Allen-Bradley Co. (now known as Rockwell Automation), Fred Loock, who was chairman of the B´ÎÔª Board of Regents. 

MLH features a TV lounge, a 12th-floor lounge, a laundry room, resident mailboxes, and the Resident Hall Association meeting room. The B´ÎÔª Central Housing Office is located on the ground floor of MLH.
