B´ÎÔª School of Engineering welcomes Stephen diFilipo as the university’s chief information officer. He is a results-focused IT executive with more than 25 years of business and information technology experience. With many years of experience in higher education, he will provide leadership and guidance for all of the university’s IT needs. Previously, diFilipo was the vice president and chief information officer for Cecil College in Maryland and chief technology officer for Rowan College at Gloucester County in New Jersey.
Prior to working in higher education, he worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments. diFilipo holds a bachelor’s degree in communications/mass media from Rowan University and a master’s degree in media ecology from New York University.
